Uncollected XP orbs cause crippling framerate (even when off screen)

When any of our mob farms or villager trading halls build up enough uncollected XP they start to drop the frame rate to near zero. 

• Only takes one level's worth of XP orbs
• Does not matter if orbs are rendered on screen
• Confirmed on Bedrock realms using Nintendo switch on both 1.16 & 1.17
• Once XP is collected, framerate instantly restored
