server becomes un-responsive after logging in

after loading into the the realm, the game becomes un_responsive. Blocks do not break or break but don't drop, chest wont open, inventory wont open, cant drop items from inventory. location on map wont move or rotate. Lava wont cause damage. Realm wont save. Wont replace realm with back up.

 

I've reset the router, hard reset xbox, uninstalled and re-installed Minecraft, tried to replace active realm and reload with backup of world. The other users on the realm are experiencing the same issues
