Cant load realm

keep getting  an error saying incomplete realm, "it looks like we didn't finish things last time. Let's  complete creating your realm now." and when I click ok i get, "your purchase was successful, but we couldn't your realm right now. we will create your realm as soon as possible! please check back later." but this has been happening for over 3 days. Please help.
