Realms Issues For Over A Month

On and off for over a month our realm has completely locked up, kicking us out. The realm then becomes completely unjoinable for some period of time (not clear). When we re-join, our recent progress is lost and we have to do it over again.

I want a refund for the last two months of service and some response giving me confidence this will be resolved or we will not be paying for this service anymore.
