Bedrock Realms Freezing and Deleting Progress

Realm randomly freezes and kicks players out of the world.  It does not allow us to enter the realm again for a while saying "cannot load realm."  After letting us back in, it has not saved our progress for quite a substantial period of time (often an hour or more).

 

This has happened multiple times.
