Halloween Texture & Behavior Pack Unable to Remove

About two days ago I was loading into my Minecraft realm when a popup appeared asking to download resources and without really thinking about it I accepted and when I finally loaded into the world there was a strange Halloween-oriented texture pack and upon further examination a behavior pack along with it. I did not add these nor do I actually want them but when I go into settings neither pack appears and I am unable to find them anywhere else. When I download the world and open it in single player there is no texture or behavior pack and the holiday features toggle is not clicked.
