Editing text in Book and Quill doesn't save changes on some pages.

Editing the text in a book doesn't save changes.  No matter how many times I edit page 1, the text reverts to the previous text when I close and re-open the book.  I added 2 additional lines, then when I went back to the book later, they had gone.  The formatting is also lost, i.e. the new-line at the end of the line seems to have gone and all the lines are joined together.  This doesn't seem to happen in Bedrock playing in a local world, only on my Realm world.  This also happens on other pages of the book as well, however page 2 always appears correct as edited!
