Bedrock Realms Glitching

Hello,

Recently my Realm has been experiencing bugs. At first it was minor now I'm almost dying in my game! I keep spawning at the bottom of the ocean when running then, I'm drowning. I want to continue on my Realm but I'm too scared to get back on...I've never had an issue with this Realm just wanted to report the current ones I'm having.
