Our Realms system is always backtracking recently

Our Realms system is always backtracking recently. For example, My friends built a very long lane with 11000 blocks, but next minutes the system doesn't work smoothly and then went backtracking to 10600 blocks.  This isn't the first time. It's happened since last week. Please help us fix our Realms. Thank you very much~~
