Realms doesn't upload world

When I attempt to upload one of my local worlds from PS4 via Realms it doesn't work. The export is successful, however the upload never initializes, only for another window to open that reads, "An error occured." I've tried deactivating texture packs, uploading from different platforms, signing out and signing back in, nothing is working. I'm assuming the process times out after a minute because of a condition that isn't satisfied, although nothing has changed on my end, and this has been happening for at least two months now.
