frozen animals

Playing realm, leashing rabbit with lead while holding carrot, rabbits would not move past "invisible wall".

soon after, all friendly mobs except fish and trader llamas were completely frozen and would not move, could not be fed/bred, and had no physics. leaving to nether to re-initialize simulation of chunk did not affect problem. leads broken (released) from frozen animals disappeared. (3 total)
