Issue with purchasing realms plus

I purchased realms plus and it told me purchase was successful but it also said that it coulden't make the realm and to check back later and now it tells me that I'm attempting to create a new realm but a prior purchase was found for renewing a realm and I click yes and it dosen't add it at all I need help
