Cannot access realms or servers from mobile device

Starting today, i cannot pay any realm or server. I receive an immediate error saying unable to connect to network,  even in the best of service areas. All other network based programs work. Game allows me to create a world locally. Locally created games do not appear after clearing data and re-signing in.

I have cleared cache and data,  re-signed into the game, and reinstalled the game to no affect.
