Unable to access realms

I keep getting kicked off of my realms server in minecraft windows edition. There are periods of time it will not let me access it at all, sometimes days. This is a paid subscription and not being able to access this is a major let down. When we do get to play it is only for about 30 minutes to an hour then the realm shuts down and says that we cannot access the server. It is not our internet as that is working with everything else
