Signs are unusable due to bugs

All players on our realm (multiple system types) have issues using signs. The issues are very diverse. Sometimes it just doesn't let up put anything on the sign. Sometimes it removes any formatting performed on the sign. Sometimes it formats it incorrectly. If the color of the sign is changed, there's a good chance the sign will just clear. Same for glowing signs. It's very frustrating and has been occurring more and more frequently (it seems at least).
