Huge crashes and not responding Bedrock Realm

After several attempts to gain access to my realm, which time it becomes a failed attempted.

The game has about 100 - 100 block radius before the world is gone.

The keys aren't responsive: 

• cant open up inventory,
• cant kill mods(which have frozen)
• sometimes cant sleep. 

This is being seen on other players platform. PS5 and switch,
