Most of our Papatouche world has all been destroyed

The castles, homes, buildings etc. have all been destroyed because it seems that after one of your updates, everything that used to be where our buildings were has reappeared. It's like all of the land that was mined has come back. Ex. a complete mounted that was dug out to build a home has reappeared, thus destroying most of the house, chests, decorations, aquariums...that was there. We've losts MANY of the diamonds that we had mined, metals and other precious items. Most of our buildings are gone, our farm was destroyed so all of our animals gone. The stables and horses are gone...pretty much everything we have been working on for a year and a half has been destroyed. Many of us play together (from different homes and cities) and this is our way to connect and have fun during the pandemic. If our world cannot be restored, we will all stop playing Minecraft because this is just very disappoing and is frustrating. All of the money and time we put into our Papatouche world is gone. Walls are gone, bedrooms cut in half, trees cut into half... Last time we played and that our world was normal, it was around August 20th. You must have done an update around that time. We would all really appreciate it if you could restore our game the way it was at the beginning/mid August because we all worked really hard on it. Thank you!!
