Realm issues

I was playing in my realm and it started lagging very bad so i left and tried again the next day but it wouldn't let me join it would say loading resource pack then unable to connect to world its been 2 days now ive restarted my device (Nintendo switch) logged out then back into Microsoft account ive looked for answer's online and even here and couldn't find any i just bought the realm to so ide very much like to play in it, thankssss
