"Unable to connect to world" Bedrock Realms 1.17.31, mulitple users unable to connect

• Version 1.17.31
• Minecraft Realm - Bedrock Edition
• Realm name: Brabbertown
• Realm owner: brabbers6233
• World name: brabber world

None of the realm members are able to connect to the realm including the owner (me). We are receiving the error message "Unable to connect to world". This started occurring last night, 9/26/2021 around ~10:30 pm EST. I tried restoring the latest backup as a troubleshooting step and received the following error: "Replacing the world with the selected backup failed."
