Realms. I just renewed it and everytime I try to upload or replace my realm world I get an error while its intializing. I'm paying for this so there should be no reason that it isnt working. If you all cant fix it soon then I want my money back.

I get an error everytime I try to upload a realm. It exports then fails to initialize after 4 or 5 mins. Why isnt it working if I'm paying for it? I can understand bugs however I'm paying for this service you know? I kinda feel you all just took my money. How do I request a refund?
