REALMS chunks not loading properly

I have the render distance set to 12 on my Realm. The chunks around the player only load up to about 5 or 6 chunks out and then there is an abrupt cut off, instead of the distant fog effect. When I move/fly into the unloaded chunks, they load in, but in a very choppy manner. When I return to the area I have just moved from, those chunks are no longer loaded, and must load in again, also in a very choppy manner. This does not happen on single player. It only happens on my Realm. Also, I'm plugged directly in, so the internet connection is a solid 5 bars in game.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the chunks to load in up to 12 chunks away, beings that's what my render distance is set to. I expected the game to work the way it's supposed to.

What actually happened was...:
The game didn't work the way it is supposed to...

Steps to Reproduce:
There is no way to reproduce it other than logging into my Realm on my computer.
