all animals, villagers, mobs frozen, can't get into realm after it freezes.

While playing, all mobs, animals, and villagers freeze. They seems to not be able to move or make any sound. When I leave my realm to restart it, I can't enter it. This happens quite often since the new update. I don't know if its the update or if it's on my end.
