DISCONNECTION WITH THE SERVER REALMS XBOX ONE

1 month ago I acquired the membership of realms plus on my xbox one, for a week, we are playing in the realm and it disconnects us all from the server deleting everything that we have progressed over and over again is very annoying, I thought I had the realm for 1 year but with this problem we can not even play and nothing at all times disconnects and we go back to where it is very annoying (message: DISCONNECTION WITH THE SERVER) Please a solution
