Player Connection to realm unstable

Players connecting to my realm are being disconnected seconds after connecting. Players are receiving this error command: "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset". Players have restarted the game, restarted their computer, reset their modem/router, and I have closed and opened the realm and this issue is still occurring.
