internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset

I created a realm so I can play with friends. I keep crashing but not my friends and i keep getting disconnected when I get disconnted this comes up; internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset. My friend and I tried to figured out why it does that so we looked up a way to resolved it and i tried out alot of different way and it doesnt work. PLease help me..

(I re-install minecraft and java. I had did have forge so i could play pixelmon but i thought that was the reason so I deleted it all.)
