Texture turns off by itself

I downloaded a modern texture.
Every time I completely quit the game, the texture deactivates and I have to reactivate it before entering.

I take this opportunity to ask if the textures must be activated by all players to be able to see them in the realm or just mine that I am the owner of the realm.
