No players can log into realm "failed attempting to join realm"

Have a realm, no one can log onto it with any device.

I've just gone live and advertised it and no one can get in so fingers crossed someone can help.
I have subscription through ps4 and renews on 6 Oct so paid for.

Gamer tag is Spanner6439 (xbox).

I know this isn't the place to log it but I keep getting pushed to realm support page about difficulties connecting and tried all those and nothing.

I have another realm and that works fine, this one let's me change settings etc but not access it.

Any help and advice as bit of a nightmare with people wanting to join and can't.
