Can't change Realm options on Android

When trying to change the options of a Realm Server on an Android device, (backing up the world, downloading/uploading world, changing name of Realm, changing difficulty, closing/opening Realm, etc) the back button on the top would become unresponsive (which prevents you from saving the changes you made) or it would be stuck in a long loading loop and then it would say an error occurred.

I tried to change the options on Nintendo Switch, with the same Wi-Fi as the Android, and it worked there.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Go on Minecraft on an Android device

2.Get a realm

3.Try to change options of the Realm
