waiting realm

i left a report 2-3 days ago about I bought a realm for 10 people and the purchase succeeded but I haven’t got the realm. The error says “we couldn’t create your realm right now please wait a while and check again” it’s been 2-3 days now and still haven’t received it. Proof of payment below
