Paid for realm but can't create realm

This has happened multiple times. I pay for a realm and then it tells me I have successfully purchased realms but it is not able to create right now come back later. But it never ends up creating the realm but still takes my money $$ in the past I have even paid for it multiple times because it keeps accepting my money but never creates the realm!
