This is stupid

My realm is corrupted.. the realm I refer to is valhalla owned by undeadking1994 on the bedrock edition xbox one. I cant replace,reset or download any of the worlds on my realm. Good thing I'm on a trial because if I do not get help here the only one losing out is mojang.. there are nearly 10 people playing on my server daily. And all of us are incredibly angry.. that we can't get help with this.. as it stands we can't use it.. or do anything with it any attempts triggers errors all across the board. Attempts to load in lock us in a never ending loading screen. I'm on series x. 2 of my friends are on xbox one s. 1 is on the original xbox one. And 1 is on an xbox one x. 2 are on switch. And one is on series s. none of us can access the world. My xbox one s cant even replace the world on the realm or reset it. Let alone download it. The resource packs cant be removed. Neither can the behavior packs. All of it is glued to the realm and its corrupt.. if this is what is supposed to be for realms then... I don't want it. If not I expect a reply.. I've only been using a trial for maybe 8 days.. so yea.. this sucks.
