Everyone on server timed out and thrown out of realm after death

When I die or any other player dies in my realm, the realm stops working for a minute and throws everyone out with the error of "timed out". Upon reconnecting we get the same error message, and wait between 2 to 5 minutes before we're able to connect again.

We also get thrown out on occasions with the same message, and have to wait 2 to 5 minutes before reconnecting. It happens with all players regardless of where they are located, and when on discord, we all react on the same thing.
