Setting your spawn with a bed with the bed close enough to the end portal makes you stuck in the end

To Reproduce:

Place a bed near the end portal, in my case it's behind the end portal. When exiting the end in any way, causes you to go back instantly. I am unable to confirm the exact location of the bed to cause it.
