Nether Portal will not link correctly

The nether side seems to work but the overworld does not.

Overworld Portal Interior Corners (165,65,157) (168,65,157) should lead to my portal at (22,118,21)(19,118,21) instead it leads to (14,71,-7)(14,71,-8) which correctly connects to (111,85,-62)(111,85,-63) in the over world

(22,118,21)(19,118,21) does correctly lead to (165,65,157)(168,65,157)
