Cant renew my world

cant renew my world but the money is literally in my account. it says to renew on the same platform that i purchased it on and uhhhhh im still on the same xbox. i have the money to renew it so im confused as to why it didnt go through automatically. i dunno what yall gotta do but Im not trying to make a new realm and i know theres gotta be a way for you guys to fix this.
