Nothing renders in world when joining realm and then get disconnected and crash.

I was playing on a realm and my game crashed, when I come back I see the attached image before I get disconnected from the server or the game crashes all together. This has happened before and I had to create a new Microsoft account which worked for a little while before happening to the second account to. I can still play the game by myself, I only get the bug when joining the realm.
