(The Twist Labs) Rrealms (500) could not connect to realms connect timed out

My realms is working fine, expect i cant choose the map "The Twist Labs (Remasterd)" i wont let me play it no matter how many times i try to put it on, it keeps saying "realms (500) could not connect to realms connect timed out" Can you please help
