Pics don't upload on feeds

My friends and me cannot upload pics on feeds on my Realm, we use PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch and in any of there is the same problem. btw we can post without pics (just text).

the weird thing is that there is a pop up msg that "confirms" the upload, but that never happen.
