Bug - Inventory Loss in "Color Drop" (minigame)

My friend and I have played this minigame for a long time. In these 2 months, we have seen inventory loss. Whenever we start the game, we used to have some items in the inventory to solve the puzzle. However, now we have no items.

I'm not perfectly sure, but similar bugs may be found in other minigames. We played "Trident Fishers" today and we cannot find "the ready button" although the instruction says we have to drop it to start the game. Again, we didn't find any item in our inventory.

We usually spend considerable time in playing the minigame during our subscription period. We payed 3-month subscription this time but we haven't been able to play this at all. There are only 37 days remaining till the end of this subscription. Will it be fixed within a few weeks? If not, can we get a refund?
