My friends realm wont load

My game crashed and I had to reload onto the realm but when I tried to load in it would not let me and has been stuck on the loading screen for 30 minutes. I have tried everything; restarting game, restarting my pc, deleting and redownloading the game, leaving the realm and joining back.
