I am not able to upload my minecraft world to my realms i have spents hours trying to do it?

I have spent hours on this trying to upload my world to a realm, i even bought another realm because i thought that realm was broken but that didnt change anything , i looked up ALOT of tutorials but none of them were able to help me with this, i hope this gets fixed soon.
