cant access realm or download/activate content

Ive been trying to access my realm for about 8 hours now. I uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft and the realm popped up, however then it would not allow me to download the textures for the realm. tried to go to realms in order to take the texture pack off only to find out the realm i paid for doesnt show up under my subscriptions. idk what yall can do but at the very least i wanna play on the realm i bought and planned on keeping active with the skins and textures i also paid for to work as well.
