JAVA Realms Timed Out

I have reached out to Minecraft Support for this and they were of absolutely no help. This bug has been happening for the past few days.

When I join my realm, it will do one of these things:

a) Join, skin and cape missing or bugged, no items in tool bar, falling into void. "Timed Out" shortly after.

b) Join, skin and cape okay, cannot throw items, pick up items, and the world is not moving. "Timed Out" shortly after.

c) IF I log out, turn off then on my wifi and log back in and load the game it will allow me to play for roughly 3-5 minutes normally before the world freezes (I can still move around), and then I get kicked and "Timed Out" shortly after.

*I CAN join Minecraft servers with no issues*

What I have done to try to fix this:

Port/proxy editing, reset wifi, made sure VPN, firewall, are all off/allowing the game to run, full reinstall of Minecraft, migrated account to Microsoft, tried switching the world slot, closed and reopened realm, and probably more which I cannot remember. Simple fixes like restarting computer don't work.

I have played Minecraft and realms for years on the same computer, same wifi, and have never had this issue until now. I did not make any changes to any of my setup whatsoever, so at this point, I can only imagine that this is a bug/issue on Minecraft Realms side.
