Realm Owners cannot acces Realm settings

So some incident have occurred on my realm. So I was going to go on a backup on the realm settings. It then popped up saying it’s failed.
I tried leaving the realm and doing it that way but that too did not work. I checked to see if I can go to the feed and I can.
This is very concerning as I need to back up realm but I can’t and the longer it takes the further I will need to back up realm meaning players will loose progress.
