Minecraft Realms Renewal

I was having issues with being charged twice for one realm. Last month I was told to let the subscription end and then renew it. I have tried to renew the subscription for my realm and it is still showing as expired, even though my apple subscriptions show the realm as active. I receive a pop up stating that my purchase has been successful however my realm cannot be created. I have been receiving this pop up for 2 days now.
