The Replace World button on Minecraft bedrock editon for realms is basically useless

Every time I click on the replace world button and try to replace the world it either says failed to find place to put world, maybe it's your internet connection or an error has occurred, I have been trying for days now and at this point it's just getting ridiculous that I have to pay 8 dollars a month for something that doesn't even work.
