Unable to remove Resource Pack from Realms

Dear Minecraft Support,

We hava vanilla Realms environment with an uploaded map, however there is a Resource Pack that seems to be hardcoded into it and whatever we try it can not be removed from it. Do You have any idea how can we fix this issue? Also the resource pack it outdated and parts of the game becomes invisible because of it, which is quite gamebreaking. Even in Creative.
