Cant access realms after 1.17.10 update

Xbox account says i cannot access my realm all of a sudden when it has been fine for an entire year. Says i must update my microsoft account settings to allow multiplayer when i already set that a long time ago. It offered troubleshooting options which none worked for me. I still have the issue. I would appreciate speedy help but i understand that you all are quite busy. Thank you
