My minecraft realm wont load

my minecraft realm wont open its stuck on building terrain its been over a week sence this happend i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and Restarted my pc. i can here people running around and it shows me on the map but all it shows for me is building terrain ive sat on the same sceen for 20+ min. ofter wrighting this it is now stuck on "this will take a few moments"
