Realms crashing

Me and my friends loaded up a world on our realm with a data pack that we later found out is incompatible with realms. I tried to switch the realm back, but whenever I hit "configure realm", it just says "saving world" and crashes. Same thing happens when we try to log on. Is there a way to fix this?
